Food should taste good, but it should also nurture and heal your body.  I have been providing clients with a variety of weight management and nutrition services that help improve their long term dietary habits.

My goal is to create a
lifestyle change within my clients. Something that they can continue to do in the long term. No yo-yo diets, but a balanced lifestyle.

With a creative, dynamic, and responsible approach to healthy eating, I help my clients with custom meal plans according to what their body needs. No cookie cutter meal plan, totally customized. I use science to customize your plans. Making sure the calorie intake is exactly what you need, based on your goal. 



  • Completely customized meal plan (ie. Gluten free, Dairy free, FODMAP) 

  • Weekly 30 minute Check in calls 

  • Grocery lists for every week 

  • All macro nutrients are outlined (Carbs, Fats and Protein) 

  • Lists cook times so you know how long it will take you 

  • Lists serving sizes

  • Moves left overs to the following day so there is as little waste as possible. 

  • Constant communication with Sydney to ask questions and get support. 

  • Flexibility to swap foods out
