Why should I sign up with you? What makes you different from other coaches? 

I often say to my clients you won't need another coach after me. I will help build a lifestyle for you that we can maintain in the long run. I also have the approach "you invest into my program I fully invest into you". Your goals are my goals. I am so beyond blessed to have a job that allows me to help others write the next chapter in their story, and walk through whatever current chapter they are in. What makes your program so different from other programs out there? 

I have spend the last few years trying out different methods to creating a program that is built for success. I have now found the formula for success.  I have 3 pillars to how I approach my clients. Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability. All 3 play such an essential role in reaching goals. I will provide all 3 to you to ensure we stay on track and are seeing the results we want. I also pride myself on the fact my programs are all individually customized to you and YOUR specific goals. Everybody has a different body, it is my job to ensure you are doing exactly what you need. Let's ditch the idea you need 2 hours in the gym and carbs are bad. 

Why isn't your pricing on your website? 

I like to hop on a call prior to make sure that you would be a good fit on my team. As well as to make sure I can help you. I don't want to sell you a package if you aren't the clientele I work with. I like to make sure you are ready to invest in your health and really commit to the process. All my plans are customized according to what that individual needs. They may want only nutrition, only workouts. So pricing varies depending on the package. 

So how does this work online? 

All of my programs are done remotely so you can use it anywhere in the world. I have all your workouts through an app, along with the meal plan, its all online. And your weekly check in calls with me can be done in whatever time zone you are in. 

I have dietary restrictions, can you still make a meal plan ?

YES! I initially got into nutrition and fitness to figure out what was going on in my body. I am not scared away by dietary restrictions, actually quite familiar with them.
