Frequently Asked Questions 

I try to be as transparent with my clients as possible. Here are a few of the most common questions I get as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Educator. If you don't see the answer to the questions you have, send me an email and I will get back to you.

How long have you been working out? 

I have been working out consistently for 5 years now. I used to do it on and off and until I studied and learned about the body in depth it was never a priority and now it is such a massive component of my every day life. I cant wait to help educate you and hopefully make it a priority to you as well. 

What is your custom workouts app?

My custom workout plan is sent to you via an app called Trainerize. I will create a custom plan for you, based on your goals, where you are at now, and what equipment you have at home, or at your gym. For $80 a month every time you work out you will know what you are doing. It takes all of the guess work out of going to the gym. 

Have you worked with clients with disabilities ?

I have! I actually really enjoying working with clients who have limitations as we learn and grow together. I also being a part of someones story and showing them that they are stronger then they think! I am always willing to learn.

Why should I pick you as a coach? 

I love what I do. I get to help people write their stories, I get to be a support, a cheerleader and a coach to my clients. I am truly blessed to have found a career that I love doing. Not only that but I am invested into my clients. Your goals are my goals, so when we reach those goals it is a victory for you but also for me. You will get support, in depth workouts, motivation, accountability and knowledge when you train with me. 

 

 I have watched my body transform in front of my eyes, I know that it is hard work, but I have walked that path before and I am so excited to get to guide you through your individual fitness journey.
